I seemed to have a mixed bag of thoughts when I was writing this article about Ecommerce. In my earlier post (link below) I talked about ‘What Porter has to say about current Ecommerce Industry’ and it was really exciting to see most of the forecast in that article is coming to ‘Reality’
In this article, we put Ecommerce into SWOT analysis. To give a brief about SWOT analysis – SWOT analysis is a method or you can call this as a tool, used to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of a product or a system. With this context, let’s see the SWOT Analysis on Ecommerce Industry. I also tried a different way to communicate to you; I just converted all the points I thought over, into a simple diagram rather than a flood of text. Also, under each of the segments of SWOT – I have covered only the key points under Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat considering the Industry as a whole.
